Agreement Between the Government of the Macao S.A.R. of
the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic Bulgaria on
the Abolition of Visa Requirements 


       The Singing Ceremony of the Agreement Between the Government of the Macao

Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Government

of the Republic of Bulgaria on Mutual Exemption of Visa Requirements will take place at

the Multi-purpose Hall of the Macao SAR Government Headquarters on 8 April 2005. Miss Florinda

da Rosa Silva Chan, the Secretary for Administration and Justice, and Mr. Ivan Petkov, Vice

Foreign Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria will be the representatives to sign the agreement.

  
       There are now 64 countries and territories granting the visa-free/visa-on-arrival 

access to the holders of the Macao SAR passport, 51 are the countries with mutual visa 

exemption, 12 are territories with visa exemption and 1 is the country with visa-on-arrival.
