In order to facilitate formalities for updating the contact information in the resident identity record, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) launched an online service for citizens to change their contact address and email on 30 June 2021. Citizens can update the contact information for themselves and their underage children on DSI’s website, and also make a one-time update on the relevant information for other public departments simultaneously.

        Citizens have to log in to the system with their “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” account, and input the verification code as instructed. After confirmation, they can update their contact address and email. DSI will handle the application in 3 working days after date of application.

        Please note that if the system shows that “Your children's information inputted cannot be verified”, you will have to first go through the formalities for kinship verification. For details, please refer to DSI’s website www.dsi.gov.mo/QAndA_e.jsp
