The Identification Department of the Government of the Macao SAR was
informed by the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong
Kong and Macao SARs that with immediate effect, holders of the Macao
Special Administrative Region (Macao SAR) Passport are granted visa free
access to the Arab Republic of Egypt for a period of thirty days for
tourism, business and transit purposes.

   Holders of the Arab Republic of Egypt's Passport are also granted visa
free-access to the Macao SAR for thirty days, for tourism, busniess and
transit purposes, with immediate effect.

   The Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong Kong &
Macao Special Administrative Regions and the Identification Department
hope that the mutual visa-exemption for the Arab Republic of Egypt and
Macao SAR Passport holders will further promote business, cultural and
tourism ties between Egypt and the MSAR.
