Persons who apply for the Certificate of Personal Data online have to upload the image of their identity card and provide digital signature through “DSI Service Station” mobile application, so as to complete the relevant application formalities.

Eligibility for online application
- Possessing a Macao SAR Permanent Resident Card or a Macao SAR Non-permanent Resident Identity Card;
- Aged 18 or above.

Notes

You are recommended to lodge the application for the Certificate of Personal Data with mobile phone.
Please ensure that “DSI Service Station” mobile application has already been installed on your mobile phone.
For electronic applications, only the latest personal information in our database will be stated on the certificate.
