Part of DSI online services will be suspended for two days due to system upgrade of “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR”

       Since the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” 2.0 is coming, the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” will be temporarily suspended from 9^th to 10^th April 2022 for data migration. During that time, identification-related services in the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” will be suspended (including application for the Certificate of Criminal Record, kinship verification, association and foundation office-holders’ information enquiry, as well as overseas assistance service for Macao residents who lost travel document in journey). Citizens can still apply for the Certificate of Criminal Record, verify kinship and enquire association and foundation office-holders’ information at DSI self-service kiosks. DSI are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

       The relevant services will resume normal after the upgrade of the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” has finished.
