Temporary Suspension of DSI public services

Due to the development of the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, the Macao SAR Government has decided to temporarily close public departments from 27^th June  to 1^st July 2022. Therefore, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) public services will be suspended during the above-mentioned period.

Persons who made appointment for lodging applications can proceed to DSI to go through the formalities in the week after DSI services have resumed normal. The collection day of documents or certificates will be postponed. Citizens are advised to check the latest status of their application on DSI website (www.dsi.gov.mo) before proceeding to the corresponding location to collect their document.

All online services and 24-hour self-services for lodging applications will maintain normal operations, but expedited services will not be available. The collection day will also be postponed accordingly.
