DSI self-services will be suspended for 4 hours this Friday night due to hardware upgrade

      The Identification Services Bureau (DSI) will conduct network hardware upgrade from 10 p.m. on 9^th December 2022 (Friday) to 2 a.m. on 10^th December 2022 (Saturday). At that time, all DSI self-service application kiosks will be suspended (including application for permanent resident identity card renewal, SAR travel documents, the Certificate of Criminal Record, the Certificate of Personal Data, the Certificate of Kinship, the Certificate of Association and Foundation, and enquiry of office-holder’s information of association of foundation). Citizens can use part of DSI’s application services through Macao One Account and other online channel (www.dsi.gov.mo/webservice_e.jsp) if needed. DSI are sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

      The relevant self-service application kiosks will resume normal after the above-mentioned upgrade has finished.
